RNA-guided nucleases offer precise gene editing tools for new crop varieties. Through Ginkgo's Mantis™ Gene Editing and Identification platform, we offer broad access to a suite of nucleases and deaminases. The nucleases come in a range of protein sizes and recognize diverse PAM sequences, with demonstrated results in a variety of crops. In addition to gene editing tools, the platform enables identification of new gene editing targets using transcriptomics and genome wide associated studies (GWAS).
